When and where will the cooking classes be held?

We’re planning to host our pop-up cooking classes in various locations around Rugby, Leamington Spa and Warwick. Sign up for updates, and you’ll be the first to know once dates and venues are confirmed!

Our classes are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned home cooks. We’ll guide you through every step, so you can enjoy the process regardless of your experience.

In each class, we’ll prepare a complementary menu: a starter or a dessert and a main course, using fresh, local ingredients. Each dish is crafted to be delicious, nutritious, and easy to recreate at home.

Most of our meals are plant-based, and we’re happy to offer swaps for animal products where possible. However, please note that some recipes may include animal products, which will be present and may be used by other participants in the class. We aim to create a welcoming environment for all dietary preferences, so feel free to let us know your preferences when you sign up.

When you sign up, you’ll be able to let us know about any dietary preferences and we’ll do our best to accommodate them in our recipes. 

However, please be aware that:

  • Our classes take place in shared-use spaces (such as school Food Tech Rooms), where allergens may have been present before our arrival.

  • We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent all traces of allergens.

  • While we take care to minimise cross-contact (e.g. individual cooking stations, pre-portioned ingredients), we cannot accommodate severe or airborne allergies (including anaphylactic allergies to nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.).

  • All participants must complete our Allergy & Medical Information Form prior to attending a class.

The 14 major allergens which may be present in our recipes or in the kitchen include: celery, gluten-containing cereals, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, sulphur dioxide/sulphites.
